Full Business Analysis and Recommendations

This is an exploratory service, where I will investigate your business processes to find areas that can be improved. This may include setting up business goals, leadership training, implementing new systems or processes, or any of the other components I specialize in.

Communications

This may include workshops on how to communicate better with peers (utilizing leadership and conflict management solutions), it could also include investigating current communication procedures and providing solutions to update them.

Training

Whether you need a one time training for a company change or want to create/update regular trainings and onboardings, I will connect with your subject matter experts and utilize my training in educational psychology to produce training that fosters transfer of knowledge and deep learning.

Systems and Operations

Based on your needs, I will help you adjust your procedures and processes. This may include simple financial reports, organize your book-keeping systems, find appropriate systems and help implement them, set up documentation of process and procedure, analyze and plan for adjustments of process or procedure, etc.

The Process

The general process involves an exploration meeting, interviews, observations, research, and solution concepting. When we select a fitting solution(s), I can help you create a plan for implementation. I can also extend our contract to include progress check-ins for accountability or revisions/adaptations of the goal and/or plan.
